Before joining NWIS, Vivien had been attending a preschool in Germany for more than 1 year. Anyway, when she started at NWIS we were kind of skeptical how Vivien would do in a completely new environment where she could neither understand her playmates nor her teacher’s language. But after only a few days at NWIS, Vivien has already been excited every morning to be welcome by this funny Eddy who had always something interesting to show , to say or to ask.
We were very impressed of all teachers respect, patience and individual care for Vivien that made her learn the English language very fast. Furthermore, we could find Vivien’s personality and social skills improving a lot during her 7 month attendance at NWIS. She has got much more independent and tries to solve problems on her own before she asks for help (very good for both parties!).
Finally, it is impressive to see how many different activities NWIS is able to manage regardless their restricted space or time. No cultural event, party, crafts, cooking or sports activity, music or any other theme play would have been missed by NWIS. We also liked the teaching points basically ended in some logical event (ie. to perform the songs learned on a stage, to put the letter in the post box,…). We are very happy to have chosen NWIS and wish you all the best for you future.
