Billing and Payment Process
- All payments for classes must be deposited in the determined account by the following schedule. 1st term must be paid before: End of June, 2nd term: End of November and 3rd term: End of February.
- Students can begin at NWIS throughout the year (excluding Kindergarten Day School, where students can only join the class in January and September of each year), but if they begin mid-month, then the fee for a full month is payable to the school. If the student begins mid-term, then the fee is payable minus any full months that have been missed by the student.
- Insurance is available (Separate billing).
- Tuition fees must be paid on a per term basis. There is an option to make the payment in two installments (the first before the beginning of term, and the second installment in the middle of term). If you choose this method of payment, there will be an additional 5% Surcharge. Please inform NWIS if you wish to choose this method.
- If (a) sibling(s) of a current student join(s) NWIS, and they are attending NWIS at the same time (for Pre School and Kindergarten classes), then the entrance fee for one of the students will be discounted by 50%. The tuition fees for one of the students will also be discounted by 5% and 10% for twins.

- ご兄弟の方は入学金割引制度があります。
- Preschool 及び Kindergarten に限り 1 学期分の授業料を 2 回に分けて支払うことができます。一学期分の授業料の半額に 5% を加えた額が 1 回のお支払い金額となります。
